Delivery and charges
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days after receiving full payment. We use Royal Mail and only deliver to mainland UK. Delivery will usually be within 5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Bay Gifts offer a free postage and packing service so all prices shown alongside each product will be the price charged at checkout. No VAT is charged.
Returns
We hope you are pleased with your order. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product or jewellery item.
Should you need to return your order it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it and sent to:

Postal costs for returns are to be met by the customer. Please ensure you retain proof of postage.
Please notify us via e-mail at sales@baygifts.co.uk of any faulty or damaged goods within seven days of receipt.
Minimum Order Value
Bay Gifts do not impose a minimum order value, so whether you want a single soap slice or a months supply the choice is yours.
Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that Bay Gifts website is kept up to date as much as possible. However, most of our products are handmade and/or natural products which may differ slightly in colour.

Although our products are made using the highest quality ingredients and essential oils, some people may find they are sensitive to these ingredients and Bay Gifts cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction. Please discontinue using the product if you find this to be the case.
